Shipping Policy

All wine orders are shipped by UPS for ground selections and FedEx for 2-day and overnight shipments. Weather permitting, all orders will leave our logistics center within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you would like us to hold your wine because of weather, please let us know.

Shipping charges are based upon bottle quantity and destination. Due to state laws, we are able to ship wine only to those states which are reciprocal with California or states which have laws that explicitly permit the shipment of wine directly to consumers. The laws regarding the direct shipment of wine are constantly changing. We will expand our shipping area when state laws permit.

Privacy Policy

At Mind’s Eye Winery, we respect your privacy. All information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, disclosed, or loaned. We only collect that information which is necessary to provide services to you and offer products and services that might be of interest to you.

Purchase Policy

All sales are FOB San Francisco, CA. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes; only to street addresses. The buyer pays all shipping and handling charges. We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration from shipment by common carrier. All prices are net and subject to stock on 750 ML bottles, unless otherwise indicated. All orders are subject to our acceptance and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. You may be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old at the time of delivery. If the wine is returned to us for failure to provide positive proof of age, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. All sales are final.
