Our 2007 proprietary red wine blend of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (91%), Malbec (5%) and Merlot (4%) offers intense aromas and flavors of blackberry, crème de cassis, cherry, dark chocolate, spice box - and a splash of mystery! The wine is hand-crafted as a traditional "Bordeaux blend" and pairs beautifully with food.
The wine was bottled in July, 2009 and is available now. Quantities are extremely limited.
In 2010, we will be releasing our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon. We were very fortunate to source our grapes from a premier block of the renowned Ink Grade Vineyard, which sits atop the Vaca Mountains in Napa Valley. As with 2007 vintage, we will infuse extra depth and character by blending Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from another esteemed Napa Valley vineyard—the Trailside Vineyard, which is at the base of the Vaca Mountains. The 2008 vintage is available for purchase now and will be released in September, 2010.

In April, 2010, we will begin shipping our 2008 Syrah. The grapes of the Syrah spring from the world famous Alder Springs Vineyard in Mendocino County. The wine represents a blend of California boldness and French, Rhone-style elegance.
The wine's aromatics are floral and stony with layers of fruit and spice. Intense red and black raspberries, cherry liqueur, baked blueberries, roasted coffee, graphite and dark chocolate float across the palate. The lengthy finish brightens with assertive red currants, fresh mountain flowers, transparant fruit and silky tannins.
