Our Wines
Profile: Our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is a testament to the power and elegance of Napa Valley wine growing. The idyllic growing season, coupled with the expert guidance of our Winemaking Team, has endowed our wine with unparalleled flavor, depth and character. We were fortunate to create exceptional depth by combining grapes from prized vineyards located in the heart of Napa Valley. The wine will be bottled in July and is available for purchase now. Quantities will be very limited.
Tasting Notes: Delicately balancing poise and richness, the wine boasts a dense, opaque purple color. The wine offers alluring aromas and flavors of blackberry, dark cherry, black currant, espresso, European dark chocolate—and a splash of mystery! As the wine evolves in the bottle—even in the glass—you'll encounter layers and nuances of flavors, texture and depth. This wine offers richness in exploration.

Profile: Our 2008 proprietary red blend of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (91%), Petite Verdot (4%) and Merlot (5%) offers an intense fusion of aromas and flavors of blackberry, blueberry, crème de cassis, dark chocolate, exotic spice—and a splash of mystery!
Tasting Notes: The wine is hand-crafted as a traditional Bordeaux blend and pairs beautifully with food, particularly red meats, hearty pastas, lamb, strong-flavored cheeses, and chocolates (especially dark). Profile: The grapes of our Syrah spring from the world famous Alder Springs Vineyard in Mendocino County, California — an esteemed vineyard known for producing some of the best Syrah grapes in the world. The wine represents a blend of California boldness and French, Rhone-style elegance.
Tasting Notes: The wine's aromatics are floral and stony with layers of fruit and spice. Intense red and black raspberries, cherry liqueur, baked blueberries, roasted coffee, graphite and dark chocolate float across the palate. The lengthy finish brightens with assertive red currants, fresh mountain flowers, transparant fruit and silky tannins.
